With a culinary philosophy deeply rooted in the rich traditions of his native France, Chef Christophe Moulin is not merely a chef, but a seasoned traveler who has embarked on an extraordinary personal journey. Trained in the prestigious Ecole de Paris de Metiers de la Table (EPMT) in Paris, he honed his skills under the guidance of renowned mentors, across various kitchens, imbibing the essence of classic French techniques while also embracing innovation.

A fashion and beauty professional with experience building successful teams, Steph has sourced talent for Fortune 500 companies, such as Estee Lauder Companies, UNIQLO and OLAPLEX. Steph’s vision is to create a “not just culinary” destination where curiosity is rewarded. She studied Marketing at the University of Cincinnati and Interior Design at UCLA.
